At the end of 2018, EICE, in partnership with the Manager's Association, obtained funds from the tender of the American Embassy in Slovenia for the implementation of the project 5STIL – 5 Stars Integrity Leadership. As part of this project, we made a rounded model of the five principles of implementing a corporate compliance and integrity program, with which we will offer Slovenian companies and managers an important management tool. Individual principles include concrete indicators that show that an individual principle in the company is also actively implemented, that it is implemented, with the help of good leadership.

As part of the project, we also developed a manual, which will complement the principles with practical illustrations, good and bad examples, as well as typical risk indicators for compliance and integrity. We aim at greater engagement and awareness of managers in the implementation of an effective program of compliance and ethics and the wider effect of improving the business environment in our country for the benefit of international competitiveness of the economy and the well-being of the wider social environment.
