For all audiences, but especially for the highest governance bodies, we use modern approaches and practical illustrations in the areas of compliance and ethics. We take into account sector-specific legislation governing potential thematic specificities and responsibilities of members of boards of directors and supervisory boards, the latest international corporate governance standards and relevant areas of compliance risk. All from the perspective of the role of the management and supervisory bodies in the compliance management system, in the light of established best practices and international standards (such as ISO 19600: Compliance management systems, ISO 37001: Anti-bribery management systems, OECD Good practice guidelines on internal controls, ethics and compliance, etc.).
